Gayle Bunting
CEO Invisible TraffickGayle founded Invisible Traffick, a Northern Ireland-based charity established in 2012. The main objective of this charity is to raise awareness of Human Trafficking and Modern-Day Slavery through education and training.
Gayle has delivered awareness training programmes and presentations for almost 15 years and has carried out this work in various sectors, including business, corporate, health and social care, education, construction, manufacturing, UK ports, and faith-based organisations.
Before she founded Invisible Traffick, Gayle had a varied career, which included working within the Airport Industry. She began working in customer services as a ground staff agent, then moved to cabin crew where she became a senior crew member. She also has experience working in administration within the Health Service in various departments. In addition, Gayle worked within the Retail Beauty sector and was a sole trader for some years. Most recently, she was a senior business buyer in the furniture wholesale industry. All of this experience, including the skills she has developed, has led her to be at the forefront of one of Northern Ireland’s leading anti-human trafficking charities.
William Dill has 20 years’ experience leading Health and Safety across the UK in a number of industries including Construction, Civil Engineering and Maritime, and 6 years managing Security within UK Ports. He has 6 years Police Experience, a Masters in International Security and actively champions Collaborative Security within the UK Security Industry culture in-house which aims at building relationships between enforcement agency networks through active engagement, partnering and awareness training.
William is a public speaker and has spoken on the topic of human trafficking, Port Security, Anti Terrorism and Collaborative Security.
In 2019 William introduced anti-human trafficking training to Larne Port which significantly strengthened culture and collaboration between public and private sector organisations associated with port operations, contributing to efforts to combat serious and organised crime with notable successes.
